Salmon Festival/Canada Day Parade Marcher with RAPS 
RAPS Richmond Animal Shelter

Description

Purpose of the position:
March with RAPS volunteers, staff, adopters, supporters in the Salmon Festival parade

Responsibilities and Activities:
March with the RAPS crew and help distribute RAPS swag along the parade route to parade watchers (stickers, buttons, etc)

Date/ Time of the event or activity:
Monday, July 1st. 10 am 12 pm

Site location:
Ask a Parade Marshal where RAPS is located in the parade line-up. Traditionally, we have started near Pajo's at Garry Point.

Working conditions:
Must be able to stand for one hour and walk for one hour (slow walk)

Benefits to the volunteer:
This is a fun way to celebrate Canada Day with RAPS and animal-loving people.

Skills, experience, abilities required:
All ages welcome! Individuals, families, groups & friendly dogs are welcome to march in the parade with RAPS
