The Sharing Farm Society is proud to announce the 10th Annual Garlic Festival on Sunday, August 19, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Years past have drawn in a multicultural crowd with an expected attendance of more than 5,000.

Highlights for festival goers include:

-Fresh local garlic
-Garlicky delights from local restaurants
-An expanded Farmers Market
-Live Birds of Prey Flying Demonstrations!
-A "kid's zone" with tons of farm & nature-themed activities
-Growing Garlic workshops
-Live music
-Farm tours

Richmond Garlic Festival is the largest of its kind in Metro Vancouver. It is an important fundraiser for the Sharing Farm, which grows food for donation to families in need. Volunteers play an essential role in helping the festival run smoothly.

We will have many different positions to choose from including Greeter, Information Booth, Event Support, Roasted Garlic Servers, Ice Cream Servers, Lemonade and Popcorn Servers - there's something for everyone! So sign up with some friends and spread the word about this great summer event! We look forward to having you join our team! All volunteers will get a t-shirt and free food!
