Description
The Richmond Nature Park is seeking volunteers aged 16 and over to assist in various Pro-D day camps throughout the school year.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support program leaders by assisting and supervising children (ages 6-12) with activities, arts, crafts, and games in an indoor and outdoor environment.
- Contribute to a safe, friendly, and inclusive environment where children can learn and play.
- Encourage participation, resolve minor conflicts, and take initiative in situations when needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Enjoys working with children and thrives in a team setting.
- Previous volunteer or work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Volunteers will need to be appropriately dressed for the weather as camps will take place both indoors and outdoors at the Richmond Nature Park.
